Top Searches in MSN Live and Yahoo for 2006

Well I previously listed the top Google searches for 2006, so now I will list MSN Live’s top searches of 2006 according to the Live Search Blog:

I believe MSN and Yahoo must group the keyword derivatives together because I remember reading about the numerous variations of Britney Spears that searchers type into the search box. And if my assumption is incorrect, then there should be at least a couple of variations of Britney’s name in the top as Live searchers aren’t always the keenest…”Have you seen the result set” !! It seems odd though that there is such a difference in the top 10 from Live, Yahoo and Google. Well, I know Google filters adult terms, but I think Microsoft and Yahoo filter competitors *cough, cough* as well.
